At Incantations Co., we want to give our customers the most enjoyable Metaphysical shopping experience, one that will keep them coming back to our store time and time again. That’s why we believe that our store policies should be fair, clear and transparent. Below you’ll find a list of all our policies. Return Policy:

All sales are final and replacement of an item may not be possible due to the limited availability of merchandise. A great deal of care went into the packing and shipping of your purchase. If an item is damaged during shipping, please notify Incantations Co. by email Incantaionscompany@gmail.com upon receipt of the order.  You must mail back the broken item(s) on the original package to file for insurance.  Failure to adhere to the requirements will VOID your claim for a replacement or refund.

Refunds, replacement or credits will be handled upon receipt of the damaged merchandise and most will be handled within 48 hours,  sometimes may require up to the maximum time allowed to file a claim by the Postal Office or UPS.  Refunds will not cover the shipping and packaging cost.

Shipping Policy: 

Orders are shipped usually within 5-7 business days after payment is received. All packages are shipped by USPS to the United States (7 to 10 days for delivery after package is shipped).  All shipping prices are calculates by USPS at time of check out.
